At the top right corner, click ‘Profile’ > 'Brands' > Edit customer service details
Once done, press ‘Accounts’ at the bottom right corner. You will be brought to the next page for confirmation.
Under 'Accounts', click ' Verify Profile' at the bottom right corner.
Your status on the main page will change to 'Awaiting review'. Your update will be reviewed to ensure accuracy and completion. Please notify us on WhatsApp once completed.
Once the changes have been reviewed and approved, your Profile status will be changed to ‘Company Verified!’.
