Login at www.chip-in.asia
In order to trace the invoice, retrieve one of the following invoice details. It could be:
Customer’s name
Customer’s email address
Invoice ID (Eg: a814556d-13ae-4a73-b3e1-9b037ebf09a9)
Others
At the top left corner, select ‘Feed’ > 'Search' on the top right. Insert invoice detail and search.
Click on the invoice to view the complete details.
You can view the payment journey and transaction statuses. You can download a pdf copy of the invoice or share the link.
