- CHIP supports the currency MYR (Ringgit Malaysia).
- If your website operates in a currency other than MYR, you can convert the amount before submitting it to the CHIP /purchases/ API.
- For buyers outside of Malaysia, they will make payments in MYR, and the conversion will be automatically handled by their card issuing banks through the Visa/Mastercard network.
- Settlement to the merchant will be conducted in MYR.
