How to customise my CHIP dashboard?

There are 6 main charts we provide for all of our merchants automatically upon sign up.

With these charts, you can easily view your collection and campaign performance. You can remove and add the charts back into your dashboard anytime.

If you have multiple websites with different brand, you can compare the performance of each of your websites in this dashboard.

The 6 main charts are as follows:

1. Highlights - shows a summary of incoming payments, refund, invoices issued and other relevant information.
   
   

2. Shops and Brands - shows the sum of all incoming payments collected from multiple shops or brands of yours, categorised by volume and payments.
   
   

3. Geography - shows the sum of all incoming payments, grouped by countries.
   
   

4. Balance - displays the total amount collected over time.
   
   

5. Statuses - shows the number of payments, categorised by its statuses (Paid, Overdue, Pending execute, etc).
   
   

6. Time - shows the number of payments best received during the days or weeks, categorised by hours or days. Also grouped by volume and payments.
