Your terminal may not be working due to:
No battery
Not connected to Wifi
Inactive SIM data
Change internet connection
Tips & tricks:
If you are unable to accept payment using the Terminal, please configure your terminal by clicking on the Apps > 3 dots > 'Sign On'.
The reason to tap 'Sign On' is to reconnect back to the server when it was drop.
If the problem persists, please reach out to CHIP Merchant Service at support@chip-in.asia or existing Whatsapp group that you are in.
